Ghooz's Terms of Service

- Personal use only Commercial use is negotiated individually.
DETAILS
- Files delivery : png file via sta.sh / gg drive.
- Transparent background version can be included, if requested.Full Color only.
- Default paper setting : 3000x3000 px, 350 dpi (This setting can be changed if requested before the start of each work.)WORKING PROCESS
- You can Dm me for brief.
-I will analyze your brief and then estimate the price.
- Full payment or 50% to reserve the queue.
- Sketch the picture with detail and adjust a little bit of detail 2-3 times.
- Draft the color tone of the picture you can adjust a little bit of color 1 time.
The pose and composition of the picture cannot be corrected. If amendments are made there will be additional charges as appropriate.
- Pay the remaining deposit and I send the file.
Rule
- No copy, impersonating, trace and adapt my work. ( except original design employer can customize)
- Post the work process and your completed work on my social media.
- All commissioned work cannot be used for AI/machine learning training purposes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- A full refund can only be issued if the work has not yet started.
- Refunds will not be allowed once the project has started.If a client wishes to cancel a commission, any work that has already been completed by the artist will remain the property of the artist, and the client will not have the right to use, distribute, or claim the work as their own.Important
